Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. Guests who are unable to pay the deposit via the link will be asked for their bank details at check-in. Please note that the property applies the following additional fees: - EUR 22 for late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 - EUR 20 for early check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 - EUR 10 for arrivals and departures on bank holidays - EUR 44 for arrivals and departures between 00:00 and 06:00 Fees are cumulative and are payable in cash. A late arrival must be confirmed by the accommodation.
