Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 5 per hour.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Adults stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Please inform Five Elements Hostel Frankfurt in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the maximum number of private rooms that can be booked in one booking is 2 and the maximum number of beds bookable in dorms is 8. A deposit is required to secure your reservation (see Policies). The property will contact you by email with instructions after booking. The deposit is payable via credit card or PayPal. Those with a German bank account can pay by bank transfer. Bed linens are not included in the room rate. Guests would have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of 3 EUR per person or bring their own.
