This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that a prepayment of 30% the final amount is due in the 7 days following booking. Please contact the property in advance to organise this. The remaining amount will be paid in cash at the moment of key pick-up. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price. Rental is available at the property for EUR 10 per bed. Please note that towels are not included in the price. Rental is available at the property for EUR 3 per towel. Kitchen linen, shower mats and cleaning products are free of charge. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that arrival is possible between 16:30 and 21:00. Please note that departure is possible between 08:00 and 11:30. Please note that pets are not permitted to stay alone in the apartment or on the terrace.
