Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform OurMadeira - This Side of Paradise in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Swimming pool heating: Heating is optional and costs 175,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of 35,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC. Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.
