A damage deposit of CHF 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following additional fee applies for late check-in after 19:00: - CHF 30 from 19:00 to 20:59 - CHF 50 from 21:00 to 22:59 - CHF 80 from 23:00 to 00:59 - CHF 100 after 01:00. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Private Apartment - Eaux Vives might provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
