Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for £40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Turing Locke Cambridge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that early check-in at 14:00 or late check-out until 13:00 is available upon request for an additional charge of GBP 10. Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights. Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge. We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property. Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
