After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of ZAR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there are construction activities currently taking place at an adjacent building on weekdays from 08h00 to 17h00. Housekeeping staff will provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Friday, and linen and towel change service every 5th day. Housekeeping services can be arranged weekends and public holidays at a surcharge. A surcharge of ZAR 250 applies for arrivals after 21h00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
