Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 3/147-151 Sooning Street, 4819 Nelly Bay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property is strictly nonsmoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, a cleaning fee may apply. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
