WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs BGN 7 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for BGN 15 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for BGN 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note this property requires a damage deposit in advance. If the damage deposit is not provided till the fixed date, the property reserves the right to cancel your booking. With the confirmation of the reservation, the guests agree to comply with the rules of the property. The following activities are prohibited in the property. - Transfer the accommodation rigths of the room to third parties; - Pets and animals are not allowed in the rooms/units - Smoking in the room is not allowed; - Using heating and other electrical appliances in the room that are not included in the room package, without prior agreement with the Administrator; - Silent hours are observed betwen 23:00 to 08:00 During the guest's stay, all rooms are provided with: - Daily cleaning from 08:00 to 13:00 (if the room is not vacated on time , cleaning can be done after 13:00, at the request of the guest, and will be done for extra fee); - Linen changing is done every 5 days (additional change, at the request of the guest, which is paid separately); - Changing of towels is done every 4 days (additional change, at the request of the guest, which is paid separately); Additional paid services are provided: cleaning and linen changing more often than the stated time with an advance agreement with the administrator and for an extra fee. In case of loss or damage to the property by the Guest, the cost of the damage caused has to be paid immediately on the spot. In case of violation of the rules on behalf of the guest, the property Administrator has the right to immediately terminate the guest's stay in the property, cancel the reservation without a refund. P.S. We are also ready to arrange the transfer from/to our tourist Facility. The cost of a transfer from the airport Burgas to Sozopol is 30€ by car and and 35€ by minibus respectively.
