Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for 100 zł per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Downtown Aparments City Center SCALA Apartments & Parking in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that construction work is going on in the area of the site and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that 7 days before arrival, the property will send a payment link to a secured Tpay payment platform. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 100 per pet, per stay applies and PLN 200 per pet, per stay for stays longer than 7 days. There is also a deposit of PLN 300.
