This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: AUD 100 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:00, AUD 150 from 00:00 until 08:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the apartments will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. Please note that this apartment is privately owned and is not associated with the onsite building managers/reception.
