Triplex Villa in Kalkan with Pool & Partial Sea View

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. It is strictly forbidden to use cigarettes, hookahs and similar products indoors in the Villa. A deposit of €200 is required at the entrance. Smoking, hookah and similar products are prohibited inside the villa. If the use of cigarettes, hookahs and similar products is detected in the interior of the villa, all cleaning costs (air conditioner filter change, curtain change, extra personnel fee and wall cleaning when necessary) are covered from the deposit amount. All guests can enter the building by accepting these rules. The building pool is seasonal and is not used between 15 October and 1 April. For those with small children and babies: There are no baby/child doors on the building stairs. There is no pool railing at the poolside of the building.
