People 12 years old and over stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 100 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. After booking an apartment, you have to contact the agency to receive details for the check-in procedure - time and method of arrival, receiving keys, payment method, etc. Payment for the entire reserved period is required at arrival. Check-out before 15:00 is possible without any additional payment in case there are no new guests booked for the same apartment. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
