Windows are doubled sealed but nevertheless some noise can still get in the apartment. The building is ecological. We are obligued to use eco-heaters for the water. This means each load has 50lts of hot water. It should be used wiseley. once it is over one should wait 30-40 min for the next shower. Showers last 8-10 min tops. Managed by a private host
