You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please note that the following extra fees apply for late check-in: - 21:00 - 22:00: EUR 15 - 22:00 - 23:00: EUR 20 - 23:00 - 23:30: EUR 25 Check-in after 23:30 is not possible. A security deposit of EUR 1000 if paid by cheque and EUR 500 if paid by cash is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
