Located in Lisbon, the bright Graca LIGHT is sited in the historical Graça neighbourhood, 3.5 km from the city’s downtown. Alfama, Lisbon’s Fado district, is a mere 5-minute drive away, with its Fado Houses and eateries. The air-conditioned apartment features a living room with plenty of natural light, sofas, a TV and a dining table. The ground floor also has an equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a furnished balcony with a view over the Tagus River. The equipped kitchen allows guests to cook their own meals in comfort. Several local restaurants are accessible within a 5-minute walk. Santa Apolónia Train Station is a 4-minute drive from the apartment. Bairro Alto, the city’s main bar area, is a 13-minute drive. Historical Chiado is 3.5 km away and features several traditional shops and Lisbon cafés. Lisbon International Airport is a 10-minute drive from the Graca LIGHT.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has an extra cost of EUR 30.
