This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note an electricity fee applies. When guest use exceeds the amount of the fee, an hourly charge plus tax will apply. Please contact the property for details. Guest must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
