Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A 3D Secure payment link from Simplissimmo will be sent after the free cancellation period. Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. The $300 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement. Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone. We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock. A maximum of 2 guests per room and up to 2 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.
