A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For long stay bookings the property may request some documentation Please note that arrivals after 20:00 carry a surcharge of €40, and arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of €50.
