請提前告知Edificio Tofino您預計抵達的時間。您可以在訂房時使用特殊要求方框通知對方，或透過確認函上提供的聯絡資料直接與住宿處聯繫。 此住宿不接受群聚打牌、看運動賽事、單身派對等類似聚會。 客人需在辦理入住時出示附照片的身份證明文件和信用卡。請注意，特殊要求將視實際狀況安排，有可能會產生額外費用。 由於新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情，此住宿已暫停提供接駁服務。 未滿 18 歲的住客僅可隨同家長或法定監護人辦理入住。 A damage deposit of USD 40 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a prepayment will be charged via Tab (our booking platform). This is required to secure your reservation. If you prefer to pay in cash or using another method, you can do this when you arrive. Once Edificio Tofino confirms to us that you have paid by a different method, we will issue a full refund for this payment. We have charged your card in your card's currency, which means you don't pay any foreign usage fees to your bank or credit card provider (often 3-5%) - instead, you are paying a 4% fee to Tab for issuing this prepayment voucher. We never hide commission fees in our exchange rate – we always use pure mid-market exchange rates. If you do not agree to Tab's terms and conditions (available here: https://book.tab.travel/terms), you can also arrange to pay the property by a different method. We will issue a full refund once the property confirms to us that you have paid by a different method.
