This studio has been recently renovated.
Access to the studio is through the entrance on the ground floor.
A beautiful large bright room gives access to a large staircase that leads to the studio on the first floor.
Ideal for a couple, the studio upstairs consists of the bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, the fully equipped kitchen, which has a small outdoor patio, then the large living room very bright, thanks to a beautiful large bay window that overlooks the rue des boucheries.
The bed is a very comfortable queen size bed.
The geographical location of the district is optimal to enjoy many restaurants and bars, beautiful shops, and the StPierre district as well as the St Michel district a few streets.
It is a very lively area, restaurants serve and close late, especially in summer
