• Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. • A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. • Guests must contact the property 1 day in advance to provide their expected arrival time. • Front desk hours are [Mon-Sun]10:00–18:00. • Self check-in is available via an access code obtained by contacting the property.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the selected accommodation type.

• Children of all ages are welcome. • Children between 0 and 4 years old can stay for free if no extra bed is needed. • Children 4 and above will be charged as adults. • Cribs cannot be added to any room types. • Extra bed policies vary according to room type. • For children aged 0 to 3 years, an extra bed can be requested for TWD 500 per child, per night. • For guests aged 4 and above, an extra bed can be requested for TWD 500 per person, per night. • Extra bed prices are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during the stay.
