The apartment is located on the 1st floor with no lift. A cot can be provided for the apartment upon prior request. Please note that guests must bring their own cot linen. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 19:45, payable upon arrival. Please note that we can't welcome you after midnight. If exceptions would be made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for departures before 08:15, payable upon arrival. If security deposit is paid with cash, we can't offer check-out before 06:00. Please note that guests under 18 years old are only accommodated if accompanied by their legal guardian. Kindly be aware that our accommodation features two bathrooms: the primary bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the ensuite bathroom solely offers a bathtub without the option for showering
