You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay has to be sent to the owner by cheque/bank transfer/cheques vacances at the time of booking. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers, cheques and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. There is an extra fee for heating and electricity of 30 EUR per week between October and end of May. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 3.50 per pet, per night applies.(Only 1 pets allowed per room)
