Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for £25 per person per stay when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Concerning children parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. Upper rooms have window locks but it is the parents or guardians responsibility to use them, to check for and avoid all potential hazards including compliance with TV age restrictions. Children must not be left unattended at any time on these premises. Sky TV channels are available including BTsports, but Sky store movies carry charges. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or by the door of the property , there is a garden at the rear where guests may smoke. Any evidence of drugs or illegal substances on the premises will result in immediate eviction and the police will be notified. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservation without refund for disregard of this condition. Cancellations with 14 days notice are fully refundable with no administration charges. If a reservation is cut short or needs to be extended, medical reasons and emergencies will be taken into account and we will do our best to accommodate you. Pound Corner aims to continually reduce its carbon footprint. Please do not waste water or electricity and please follow our recycling procedures. You may be asked for photo I.D. on arrival You must be over 18 to reserve this accommodation. If you look under 18 you may be asked for photo ID. Your booking will be cancelled without refund for not observing this rule Cars parked on the premises are parked at the car owners own risk Laundry facilities are in the laundry room on the ground floor and are free for guests to use but Pound corner accepts no responsibility for damage to clothes. Clean towels and other supplies can be found here. Well behaved dogs are welcome at Pound Corner in flats 1 and 3 on request. Cleaning charges may apply and damages must be paid for. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartments. Dog waste must be removed from the garden straightaway and can be put in the grey dustbin. Guests of guests are welcome with our prior knowledge and permission and not overnight The owners of Pound Corner live in the main part of the house and can immediately help with any difficulties. Please be aware there are no parental controls set for TV services so please monitor your children's choices appropriately.
