Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for R$ 50 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 10 years old stay for R$ 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 11 years old and over stay for R$ 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Hotel Willisau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the fireplace is only available during the winter and on the rooms: Double Room with Spa Bath and Double Room with Terrace and Spa Bath. Please note that some room and leisure areas are only accessible via stairs. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization with notarized signature, plus a document of identification of the minor, in order to check into the hotel.
