A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
