A damage deposit of AUD 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A small complimentary supply of kitchen and bathroom items is provided for the first night of your stay. This includes one dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid sachet, cloth, scourer, small soap and one toilet paper. You need to supply additional kitchen and bathroom supplies for the duration of your stay. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'.
