A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that off-site free public parking is available next to the Europaplein. Off-site payed public parking is possible on the Europaplein, situated in front of the property. Please note that this parking is also subject to surcharge during weekends and holidays between June and September. Please note that electricity and water fees are not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Please note that there is no separate bed room in this studio. Managed by a private host
