At check-in guests must present the card used for the hotel booking and a form of ID. If the cardholder is not present, the reservation is only confirmed once an email with a signed debit authorisation has been received. Please note that the property will pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee payment of additional services and products consumed. Please note that half-board is only applicable for breakfast and dinner. Dinner cannot be replaced by lunch. The property is only accessible from Pléney Cable Car. Please present yourself to the ticket desk as a guest at the hotel in order for the property to assist you with luggage. Please note that the luggage service is free of charge between 10:00 and 18:00. Outside of these hours, guests are to pay an additional fee of EUR 25 per room. Cable car opening times are: - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 08:45 until 02:00 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday: 08:45 until 20:00. The Cable Car runs every 30 minutes from 17:00 onwards. Please note that for arrivals after 20:00, please contact the property in advance, as the cable car is no longer in use after this time, except on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please note that the first lift on Pléney Cable Car is free, but after that you will need to have a ski pass or to pay for access. Please note that guests that require a baby cot are to contact the hotel in advance to ensure there is availability. Please note that the kid's club is open during school holidays only.
