A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 30 EUR applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 00:00, and 60 EUR after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
