Introduction

AIX Connect (I5) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic routes. The airline gives the passengers with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum dimension of 36 cm x 23 cm x 56 cm (L x W x H). The fare does not include checked baggage allowance. Passengers can check in at the airport 120 minutes prior to the departure time. Online check in is possible for flights on AIX Connect official website. It can be done 1 days before departure time.

Web Check-in

Through the official website of AIX Connect, passengers can do web check in. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the AIX Connect check-in counters 120 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk check in service is not available for passengers of AIX Connect.

App Check-in

It is possible for AIX Connect passengers to check in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) app. To do this, download the AIX Connect mobile application on their mobile phone. The check in time is 24 hours before the flight departure time.
