Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 31 Oct 2024 until Tue 01 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 00:00 costs extra EUR 50. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 100 applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
