Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 26 May 2024 until Thu 31 Oct 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 Swimming pool #2 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 Swimming pool #3 is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of ILS 4000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
