All children are welcome. All children or adults are charged CAD 25 per night for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Over The Way Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. PLEASE NOTE, the stairs to the second level are quite steep and not suitable for mobility restricted guests. There is an office on the first floor that could accommodate a bed if requested. If you need the extra bed on the first floor, please inform the property prior to arrival. Please note: Travellers booking with non-refundable rates will be charged the full amount with in 24 to 48 hours after the booking has been made. Guests will be charged for any permanent stains to towels and linens ($12 for large bath towels and $8 for face cloths and hand towels). To help avoid damage, grey towels have been supplied in the bathroom for wiping up spills, wiping off shoes and drying off pets. Facial wipes are also provided for the removal of makeup. This accommodation sleeps 4. An addition fee of CAD$25/night will be charged for each guest above the maximum occupancy.
