A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest must present the credit card used to make the reservation in order to check in. Please note: Only guests 17 and older are permitted. There is a 2 night minimum stay required at the property. A credit card is required to secure a booking for up to 7 nights .For reservation of more than 1 week the property requires a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost, 1 month before arrival. Cancellation or changes made 7 days prior to confirmed arrival are guaranteed a refund minus cancellation fee. If the cancellation or changes are made with less than 7 days notice the.deposit will be refunded only if the room is re-rented for all the dates reserved.
