Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Villa Botrel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for guests arriving on a Sunday or a French public holiday, check-in is before 13:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent linen and towels onsite for the following extra charges: - Double bed linen: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made) - Single bed linen: 20€/bed/stay (beds not made) - Complete towels set (bath towels and beach towel): 20€/set - Single towel set (1 big and 1 little): 15€/set - Baby kit (limited quantities) : 30€ for the first item + 10€ for each item more among : Baby cot + mattress/bath/stroller/chair/potty/changing mat Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): From Monday to Friday : 15:00 to 18:00 maximum. Saturday : 16:00 to 18:30 maximum. Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday) : 10:00 to 12:30 maximum. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given. If you have a pet and the accommodation accepts them (ask before arrival), an extra of 40 € (per animal per stay) will be charged at your arrival.
