Less than 4 rooms: - Less than 48 hours before arrival date: 100% will be charged - No show: 100% will be charged 4 rooms or more: in case of cancellation - Up to 1 month before arrival date: no charge - Up to 3 weeks before arrival date: 25% of the 1st night will be charged - Up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the 1st night will be charged - Up to 1 week before arrival date: 75% of the 1st night will be charged - less than 1 week before arrival date: 100% of total stay is charged
