Surrounded by a large garden with a petting zoo, this 4-star hotel is only 180 metres on foot from the Schönleiten Ski Lift and 2 km from the centre of Saalbach. It offers a spa area and free WiFi, and each room has a balcony. Spa facilities at the Interstar include a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, a plunge pool, and a hot tub. Guests can also use a modern fitness centre and a relaxation room. The spacious rooms at Hotel Interstar are furnished in an elegant Alpine style and feature a minibar, a blu-ray player, satellite TV with over 180 international programmes, and a bathroom. The restaurant serves Austrian and international cuisine, including a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Various dietary requirements can be accommodated. Arabic-language information folders are provided, arabic speaking staff works at Hotel Interstar and and the hotel offers a variety of halal dishes, fans and prayer mats for the rooms free of charge. Also guests can enjoy a shisha service. An indoor playroom and a playground with a trampoline are provided for children. Campfires are organised regularly in summer. The garden includes a football pitch for free use by guests, as well as a walking path along a small stream. From late May to late October, the Joker Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses. Ski passes can be bought directly on site and during summer the Schönleiten cable car is open for hiking tours.
