Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please ensure you are familiar with your obligations under the NSW code of conduct, in particular section 2.5 that refers to guest obligations. Cleaning and Damages: Additional charges may be incurred should a property be damaged or left in an unacceptable state. Cleaners charge extra fees for the following - excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, cleaning dishes, running/unpacking dishwasher, cleaning BBQ, moving furniture. These additional charges may be deducted from your bond/security deposit. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Failure to comply will result in additional fees. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being cancelled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night. Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbours when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time. Maximum Number of Guests: No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time. Parking: Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways Security: Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The host charges this before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit should be reimbursed in full on check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
