Distributed over the ground floor, this house features a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. There is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a washing machine, a dishwasher and an iron. Outside the house, guests will find an outdoor shower and an outdoor seating area. Terra Mítica Theme park is 11 km away. Altea's old town, where bars and restaurants can be found, is 7 km away.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 49.98 per week. Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay. Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 600, to be charged in the case of damages.
