This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. After a booking is made, you will receive an email from the property with further instructions regarding the payment procedures and the key collection. You will have to clean the accommodation before your departure otherwise a cleaning fee supplement will be charged. Please note that there are steep stairs leading to the apartment.
