You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that in order to access the second twin room in the house, you must walk through the first twin room. Therefore access to the kitchen and bathroom from the second twin room is via another bedroom. Due to a new housing development close to cottage, the sea view is restricted.
