Situated on 20-acres of farmland in Hangatiki, Waitomo Farmstay boasts 2 rustic, self-contained cottages 8 km from Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. Guests enjoy an authentic farmstay experience that includes a tour of the farm, and the chance to pet and feed the friendly animals.
Built in 1924, both cottages include free onsite parking. Each has original period features, vintage memorabilia and a fully equipped kitchen. Your lounge area offers a TV and laundry facilities are provided.
The farm is home to alpacas, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese. During the months of September-November guests may have the opportunity to bottle-feed the lambs.
The nearest airport is Hamilton International Airport, 45 km from Waitomo Farmstay.
