If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. * Please respect the home and refrain from making changes. * Please respect the neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. * Additional, undisclosed overnight guests will be subject to a $25 fee per person, per night. No parties. No smoking. No cats. * One pet will be subject to a non-refundable $150 fee, and each additional pet will be $100. A $500 fee will be charged per undisclosed pet, and a $25 fee will be charged per poop left behind. Guests are liable for any pet damages.
