This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
