Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals between 21:30 and 01:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The guest must provide a valid ID, the guest's name on the ID must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
