Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that : - Arrivals from 4.00pm to 7.00 pm are subject to an appointment with the concierge. -Arrivals from 7.00 pm until 10.00pm are subject to availability and additional charge of €30 will be charged. -Arrivals from 10.00pm to midnight are subject to availability and additional 50€ will be charged. -For any departure before 7.00am, a charge of 30€ will apply Managed by a private host
