Finca Cavea

Cavea is a typical Majorcan country house of 150 years old. The house has a lot of character and it is located in a privileged area, just 5-7 minutes walk from Cas Concos, a small town with some shops and restaurants. This beautiful house has wonderful panoramic views from its terraces. The well known tourist resort Cala D’Or with its marina and all the facilities you may need are only 10-15 minutes drive. This singular property is nicely furnished in a Majorcan style and offers two levels with spacious areas for families. At the entrance there is an old wooden teak door, from the entrance we reach the comfortable living room with a stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a place for eating. From here you can access the porch and pool area. This floor also boasts a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a shower room. Interior stairs lead us to the upper floor that offers a spacious living area with enough room to place a children bed, two twin bedrooms that share a shower room. One of these bedrooms has a terrace with fantastic panoramic views. Air conditioning warm/cold in all bedrooms with limited timetable (14:00-16:00 & 22:00-09:00) The house has a large pool (11.5 m x 6.5 m) surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean plants. Enjoy the long summery days having a swim and sunbathing sitting at the comfortable sun beds. The beautiful porch with a barbecue invites to spend charming “al fresco” evenings.
