Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. For guests arriving after 20:00, please note that a EUR 30 extra fee will apply. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an extra charge. Only bookings for more than 5 people will be able to have extra beds made available to them, please check the number of people when making your booking.
